Here at Brighter Adoptions, we hope to shine the light a little brighter on our birth mothers and our adoptive parents. We want the entire adoption experience at our agency to feel warmer and brighter than anywhere else.
We have been involved in adoptions for over twenty-two years and have been through it a number of times personally as well. We know that each and every individual is unique and we want to make each one of our adoptions unique. We strive to cater to our birth mothers and to make this extremely difficult experience as bright as possible.
I have been involved in adoptions for over twenty-two years. I love birth moms and choose to work exclusively with them. Birth moms are the most selfless, courageous and loving women. There is no greater sacrifice than adoption and no greater love than a mothers. I feel blessed to be involved in the journey. I feel honored that so many women put their trust in me and allow me to walk with them through the process. I don’t take that trust for granted. I feel a deep responsibility to these mamas and the babies
I am passionate about this calling and hope to bring light and love to a birth mother needing support and care during her pregnancy.
I live with my husband, ten kids, three cats and one dog.
Adoption is a life changing decision. Whether this decision is an easy decision or the most challenging, it is a complex and selfless choice. Every birth mother has a unique experience and story. I provide counseling throughout the adoption process to navigate the emotional impacts of adoption, grief and loss, and other common challenges for expectant mothers.
I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in the state of Utah. I received my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2016, from East Tennessee State University.
I strive to provide a supportive environment that allows for the client to explore their own emotions and learn skills to help cope with trauma, depression, and anxieties. I utilize an eclectic approach to counseling. I believe that every client has a unique set of needs; and I often use a client centered and cognitive behavioral approach to obtain the results best suited to meet the needs of each client.
